30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on courses, toolkits, digital downloads, and membership purchases from Connected Parent LLC. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@connectedparent.org with your order details (the email address you used at checkout is enough) and we will process your refund through our payment processor, Stripe.
You do not need to explain yourself, though we always welcome feedback about what didn't work — it helps us make better resources.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a membership at any time and you will keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. A charge for a renewal period can be refunded within 30 days of that charge under the guarantee above.
Processing times
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. This typically takes a few business days, and your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.
